§ 91.50 RABIES INOCULATION; CERTIFICATE.
   It shall be unlawful for any resident dog or cat owner or any person having charge of a dog or cat over the age of four months within the limits of the village not to cause such animal to be inoculated against rabies by the county rabies inspector, his deputy, or by any licensed veterinarian. Evidence of such inoculation shall consist of a certificate signed by the person administering the vaccine.
