§ 91.37 REMOVAL OF COLLAR OR LICENSE TAG OR RABIES TAG PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person, without consent of the owner or keeper, to remove the required collar or license or rabies tag from any dog or cat for which the village animal license has been paid.
