§ 91.35 DOGS RUNNING AT LARGE.

It shall be unlawful for any dog to run at large in the village and any such dog may be impounded and disposed of by the Police Department as provided herein. Whoever shall knowingly suffer or permit any dog owned or possessed by him to run at large shall be guilty of an offense.
