(A) The following speed limits shall be in effect:

(B) On all other streets within the village, the speed limit shall be 20 miles per hour.
(C) The Department of Public Works is hereby directed to post and maintain such speed limit signs as are necessary to indicate the speed limits set by this schedule.
(D) Anyone found guilty of violating any provision of this schedule shall be fined not less than $75 nor more than $750.
