§ 74.15 PARENT'S RESPONSIBILITY.

The parents of any child and the guardian of any ward shall not authorize or knowingly permit any child or ward to violate any of the provisions of this chapter. Any parent or guardian authorizing or knowingly permitting such violation shall, upon conviction thereof, be guilty of a misdemeanor.
