(A) Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter, except § 73.21(B), shall be fined not less than $100, nor more than $750 per day. Each day that a violation exists shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.

(B) Any person, firm or corporation violating § 73.21(B) shall be fined not less than $350, nor more than $750 for each offense.
