§ 71.02 APPLICATION FOR VEHICLE LICENSE.

Any person desiring a license for any vehicle shall file with the Village Clerk, upon a form provided by him, an application setting for the name and address of the applicant, a description of the vehicle for which the license is desired, and such other information as may be required.
