Vehicles which are owned by a village resident or local business primarily operated from a house, facility, business, or other structure within the village, are required to purchase and display a vehicle license as herein provided. All licenses must be displayed within 30 days of purchase of the vehicle or 30 days after the resident or business has lived or operated in the village.
