§ 51.02 DISCHARGE OF POLLUTED WATERS INTO NATURAL OUTLETS OR STORM SEWERS.

No person shall discharge to any natural outlet within the village or any area under the jurisdiction of said village, or into any storm sewer, any sanitary sewage, industrial wastes, or other polluted waters.
