§ 51.01 PROHIBITING WASTE ON PUBLIC OR PRIVATE PROPERTY.

No person shall place, deposit, or permit to be deposited in an unsanitary manner upon public or private property within the village, or any area within the jurisdiction of said village, any human or animal excrement, garbage, or other objectionable waste.
