§ 50.01 DEFINITIONS.
For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   GARBAGE. All organic household or kitchen waste, such as rejected or unused food and food residues and paper necessarily used for wrapping and food containers (tin, glass, paper, plastic, and the like).
   MISCELLANEOUS HEAVY RUBBISH. Such items as discarded furniture and appliances for which any household in the village no longer has any use.
   MISCELLANEOUS LIGHT RUBBISH. Combustible material such as waste paper, boxes, brush, leaves, grass cuttings, and tree trimmings.
   RUBBISH. All inorganic refuse such as paper and similar items.
   WASTE. Domestic garbage, refuse, ashes, tin cans, bottles, cartons, books, newspapers, boxes, and other household trash including discarded household furniture, furnishings, fixtures and appliances of all kinds, dead animals or parts thereof, trees, tree branches, tree roots, tree trunks, brush, shrubs, grass clippings, plant stalks, and leaves.
