§ 36.05 MUTUAL AID AGREEMENTS.

The Coordinator of the Village ESDA may negotiate mutual aid agreements with other cities or political subdivisions of the State of Illinois, but no such agreement shall be effective until it has been approved by the Village President and Board of Trustees and by the State of Illinois Director of ESDA.
