§ 35.076 PENSION PROGRAM.
   The village will make contributions to the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund or other pension program as may be required by contract, law or ordinance. In the event that an employee is not eligible to participate in such a pension program, the village may elect to establish a comparable benefit.
