(A)   Worker's compensation is for a disability or death which is the result of an injury or illness suffered on the job. The cost of this coverage is paid by the village.
   (B)   An employee must report all injuries to his/her supervisor immediately, to insure his/her eligibility for benefits.
   (C)   An employee shall continue to accrue all benefits during a temporary disability leave resulting from a job-related accident. The village will pay the employee one-third of his/her normal salary. Worker's compensation will pay the rest of the salary. The manner in which payment will be made shall be determined by the Village Administrator.
