§ 35.047  CALL-BACK PAY.
   All regular and temporary employees shall receive a minimum of two-hour's pay if at any time they have (a) satisfactorily completed the regularly scheduled work, including any daily overtime; (b) have left the work premises; and (c) are then called back to duty. If the employee works more than two hours, they will be paid for the actual time worked.
