(A) All full-time police officers shall receive compensatory time for all hours worked in excess of 80 hours during a 14-day period. Compensatory time shall accrue at a rate equal to 1.5 hours for each hour worked in excess of 80 hours during that 14-day period.
(B) No officer shall be allowed to accumulate more than 100 hours of compensatory time.
(C) The Chief of Police is hereby authorized and directed to promulgate the appropriate General Order to implement the compensatory time program in a manner consistent with the requirements of the Police Department.
