Interdepartmental relationships are encouraged, especially when the relationship has the potential to improve village services and programs. The appropriate forum for discussing interdepartmental relationships and problems will be decided by the Village Administrator. Employees are encouraged to suggest to their supervisor ways that interdepartmental relationships can improve the village. Problems with interdepartmental relationships should be presented to the Village Administrator.
