(A) Applicants for full-time employment shall be required to submit a physical exam, at the village's expense, following a conditional offer of employment but before actual employment takes place. Physical exams for part-time employees may also be required following a conditional offer of employment as directed by the Village Administrator.
(B) Regular full-time and part-time employees who are required to undergo a physical exam will be requested to sign a statement of understanding, in which they agree to reimburse the village for the cost of the physical if they choose to terminate employment with the village within six months of being hired. If the village terminates the employee, there will be no obligation for the employee to reimburse the village for the physical exam.
