(A) The Village Clerk shall maintain the following two new records:
(1) An index of the various categories of records maintained by the village.
(2) A central office file that will include copies of all notices of denial of records, classified and organized by the nature of the exemption claimed in denying the records and if possible, also indexed and filed by the nature of the records requested.
(B) The Village Clerk shall be responsible for seeing that these records are kept current.
