In view of the abbreviated time periods specified in the Freedom of Information Act, the following duties, powers, and responsibilities are hereby delegated:
(A) The Village Clerk is authorized to issue notices of extension of time and notices of denial pursuant to Section 3 and Section 9 of the Act on behalf of the village. These notices shall be in substantially the form as set forth in Form No. 1984-1-B and Form No. 1984-1-C, which shall be incorporated herein by reference.
(B) Prior to issuing any such notices, the Village Clerk shall consult with the Village Attorney.
(C) The notice of appeal form (Form No. 1984-1-D) shall be available at the village hall upon request.
