§ 34.02 WHEN INSPECTION OF RECORDS TO TAKE PLACE.

All records may be inspected at the village hall during normal business hours. No records may be removed from the office at any time. However, with respect to employee personnel records, the inspection may take place before or after normal business hours if the employee so requests.
