§ 116.14 VILLAGE RAFFLES,

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this chapter, the village may conduct one or more raffles in connection with the village sponsored events which raffles shall be managed by the Village Administrator. The net proceed from any such raffle shall be deposited in the village's General Fund and shall be used to defray a portion of the cost related to the event.
