§ 116.99 PENALTY.

Any raffle permit issued under this chapter shall be revoked or suspended if the permit holder violates any terms of the license or any provisions of this chapter. Any violation of this chapter shall be subject to a fine up to $750. Each day that a violation hereof exists shall be considered a separate offence. Each raffle held in violation hereof shall be considered a separate offence.
