§ 33.191 COLLECTION; ENFORCEMENT.
    This tax shall be collected and discharged in accordance with ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, § 8-11-2.3. The taxes hereby imposed by § 33.190 and all civil penalties that may be assessed as an incident thereto shall be collected and enforced by the Department of Revenue of the State of Illinois.
