§ 100.05 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.

(A) It shall be unlawful for the owner or manager of any dwelling unit to lease a dwelling unit without having first tendered to the lessee a valid license for the dwelling unit.

(B) The village does not guarantee the condition of any rental dwelling or dwelling unit and is not responsible for any claims arising out of the condition of a rental dwelling or dwelling unit.
