ORDINANCE NO. 2013-002

AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING UPDATE 2013 S-17 TO THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE VILLAGE OF ORLAND HILLS, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS

   BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Orland Hills, Cook County, Illinois, as follows:

   SECTION 1: Update 2013 S-17 to the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Orland Hills is hereby adopted and the Code of Ordinances is amended accordingly.

   SECTION 2: If any section, paragraph, clause or provision of this ordinance shall be held invalid, the invalidity thereof shall not effect any of the other provisions of this ordinance.

   SECTION 3: All ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.

   SECTION 4: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication as provided by law.

   ADOPTED this 1st day of May, 2013, pursuant to a roll call vote as follows:
