The village hereby adopts and incorporates herein by reference the following: The Illinois Elevator Safety Program Agreement between the Illinois Office of the State Fire Marshal and the Village of Orland Hills in conformity with Section 140 of the Illinois Elevator Safety Act (ILCS Ch. 225, Act 312, § 140) and the administrative rules adopted at 41 Ill. Adm. Code 1000.
