(A) The Commission shall perform all duties necessary to effectuate the purposes of the Commission.
(B) The Commission may raise funds through events or activities to support its effort hereunder and shall have authority to disburse such funds, however the maintenance of all such funds, including keeping records for the receipt and disbursement thereof, shall be carried out by the village's Treasurer's Office.
(C) The Commission shall submit a report of its activities to the President and Board of Trustees once each year in May.
