§ 32.097 MEETINGS.
   Each Commissioner must attend a minimum of 75% of the meetings per year. If a Commissioner fails to attend the minimum of meetings, another individual may be appointed to fulfill the remainder of the term. A secretary will be appointed from among the Commission members.
