In order to carry out the purposes and provisions of this chapter the village is hereby divided into the following districts:
RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS
R-1 (10,000 square feet minimum) Single-Family Residential District
R-2 ( 7,500 square feet minimum) Single-Family Residential District
R-3 ( 6,000 square feet minimum) Single-Family Residential District
R-4 Multiple-Family Residential District
R-5 Multiple-Family Residential District
R-6 Multiple-Family Residential District

B-1 Business District, Limited Retail
B-2 Business District, General, Retail, & Services
O-1 Office and Research
MANUFACTURING DISTRICTS
M-1 Manufacturing District
