(A) Each trailer coach park, while operated, shall be in charge of a responsible attendant or caretaker at all times, who shall be responsible, with the licensee, for compliance with the provisions of this chapter relating to the conduct of such parks. ('65 Code, Ch. 12, Art. 11, § 6)
(B) It shall be unlawful to hire or keep as a manager, superintendent, or person in charge of a trailer coach park, any person who is not a person of good character or any person who has been convicted of a felony. ('65 Code, Ch. 12, Art. 11, § 5)
