(A) It shall be unlawful to establish, maintain, or operate any trailer coach park in the village without first having obtained a license therefor. Application for such licenses shall be made in writing to the Village Clerk in compliance with the articles relating to license applications, and shall contain the name of the applicant, the location of the proposed park, and the number of trailers to be accommodated. (B) Each such application shall be accompanied by a plat or sketch showing the size and location of all buildings and structures. ('65 Code, Ch. 12, Art. 11, § 3)
