§ 157.23 HOURS OF USE.

It shall be unlawful for any person or any owner or operator to use or allow to be used any permanent public swimming pools between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Saturday, Sunday, and legal holidays, or between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. on any other day of the week.
