§ 157.07 ENCLOSURE OF SWIMMING POOL.
   (A)   Every outdoor swimming pool shall be completely surrounded by a fence or enclosure of not less than four feet in height. The fence or enclosure shall not have openings in excess of four inches in length. All gates shall be of the self-closing and latching type.
   (B)   Fences that are part of the pool structure must measure in excess of five feet in height as measured from the ground if the pool is not enclosed by a conventional fence as previously described.
   (C)   Outside ladders are not allowed to be in place when the pool is unattended.
   (D)   Any pool owner found filling a pool or with a filled pool prior to installation of a fence as described in this section will be fined as provided in § 157.99.
