§ 157.04 PERMIT REQUIRED; FEE.

(A) Every swimming pool with a depth greater than two feet must have a permit for installation issued by the Building Commissioners prior to beginning construction.

(B) A permit fee of $40 shall be payable upon issuance of said fee.
