Every swimming pool constructed, installed, or maintained hereafter, shall comply with all applicable provisions of this chapter. All swimming pool equipment installed hereafter for use in public or private swimming pools shall conform to the applicable National Sanitation Foundation Standards, which are hereby adopted by reference, three copies of said requirements being filed in the office of the Village Clerk.
