In order for the village to qualitatively determine current or short range projected trends in family size for new construction projects, the Illinois School Consulting Service's "Table of Estimated Population per Dwelling Unit" shall be used in calculating the amount of required dedication of land acreage or cash contributions. The most current aforementioned table that is available at the time the preliminary plan is submitted shall be used for these calculations unless written objection is filed with the village by the applicant. In the event an applicant files a written objection to the aforementioned table, he shall submit his own demographic study showing the estimated additional population and in that event, final determination of the density formula to be used in such calculations shall be made by the Village Board of Trustees based upon such demographic information submitted by the applicant and from other sources which may be submitted to the Village Board by any local park district, school district, or others.
