(A) Materials used in construction must be capable of performing adequately for the service intended and be installed as recommended by the manufacturer.
(B) All public improvements installed in the village shall be constructed of the following materials:
(1) Curb and Gutter, Illinois State Standard M-4-12.
(2) Base course, cement aggregate, crushed stone, B.A.M.
(3) Surface, bituminous concrete, PCC pavement.
(4) Miscellaneous, cast iron pipe, asbestos concrete pipe, clay pipe, reinforced concrete pipe.
