(A) Design standards for the structural design of pavements shall be in accordance with the requirements of the State Department of Transportation Bureau of Local Roads and Streets, Administrative Policies for Pavements and the Standard Design Manual for Pavements, as amended.
(B) Design standards for sewer and water mains shall be in accordance with State Society of Professional Engineers specifications, as amended.
(C) Reflective crack control shall be used on all new village streets as required by the State Department of Transportation and shall be consistent with requirements of Division 700, entitled "Road and Bridge Construction", adopted October 1, 1983.
