(A) Prior to final approval of improvements, the subdivider shall submit ink-on-mylar, or vellum reproducible plans showing the works as actually built. Separate plans shall be provided for water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer improvements.
(B) Subject plans shall show horizontal and vertical location of pipes and service appurtenances referenced to property lines; datum shall be United States Geological Survey. As-built plans shall be prepared at a scale of one inch equal 50 feet, or larger.
