§ 32.003 QUALIFICATIONS, OATH, AND REMOVAL.

The members of the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners shall have such qualifications as are now or may hereafter be required of them by law. Each member of the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners shall take oath or affirmation of office and pledge the faithful performance of the duties of his office. The members of the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners shall be subject to removal from office in the same manner as other officers of the village.
