305.12 DESIGNATION OF PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED PARKING.

The Mayor or the Chief of Police shall determine and designate upon what streets and/or portions of streets parking shall be prohibited or restricted and he shall mark or sign each block in such streets accordingly.
