After the completion and successful operation of the project or such part thereof as is embraced in the contract, for a period of ten calendar days by the contractor, the City shall have the right to take full charge and control thereof and operate the same for a period of thirty calendar days before conditional acceptance. During the above ten-day test period, the contractor shall furnish all necessary fuel, oil, light, power and attendance. During the above thirty-day test period, the City shall pay all such costs.
