(a) All City employees shall be eligible to receive up to two hundred forty hours of leave with pay each calendar year for use when the employee is absent from work due to medical reasons related to their service as an organ donor.
(b) All City employees shall be eligible to receive up to fifty-six hours of leave with pay each calendar year for use when the employee is absent from work due to medical reasons related to their service as a bone marrow donor.
(c) The City Administrator shall inform all employees of this measure.
