175.22 DEDUCTIBLE PRESCRIPTION PROGRAM.
   (a)    Council is hereby authorized to establish a two dollar ($2.00) deductible prescription program for the employee of the City.
   (b)   This legislation is in addition to the existing hospitalization and medical benefits provided to the employees of the City.
