175.20 TERMINATION PAY FOR UNUSED VACATION TIME.

Retroactive to January 1, 1975, when an employee in the classified or unclassified service terminates his or her employment for any reason, he or she shall be paid in a lump sum for all earned vacation pay. Effective January 1, 1976, the lump sum payment for the earned vacation pay shall not exceed the current and prior year's earned vacation.
