Accrual of vacation and sick leave credit of any regular full-time employee shall commence with the Monday next following the date of his employment by the Municipality and shall terminate on the Friday nearest to the date of the termination of such employment. However, employees employed by another political subdivision, granting sick leave credit to its employees, immediately prior to employment by the City shall be entitled to the sick leave credit accumulated in such prior employment but the total credit so accumulated earned during employment by the Municipality of Oregon may not exceed the maximum credit provided for in Section 175.07.
