All regular full-time employees, excluding the Safety Director, the Director of Public Service, the Commissioner of Building and Zoning Inspection, the Commissioner of Water and Wastewater Treatment, the Chief of Police, the Chief of the Division of Fire, the Commissioner of Streets and the Commissioner of Taxation, shall be paid time and one-half for all overtime over the regularly scheduled work hours per day or week established for the particular position. Time and one-half for holidays will be allowed only if it is not for a person's regularly scheduled hours.
