(a) Full-time employees of the City are defined as those persons in the unclassified or classified service of the City whose job normally requires them to work forty hours a week, twelve months out of each year.
(b) All other personnel who do not meet the standards set forth in subsection (a) hereof are defined as part-time or seasonal employees.
