The City hereby grants approval for the Oregon Fire Department to provide fire protection and emergency services, as determined by the Mayor, Fire Chief, Safety Director or officer on duty, upon the request of any political subdivision located within the State of Ohio. This authority is hereby granted without the need for pre-existing contracts or agreements with the jurisdiction requesting these services.
